Casey Juliano
Founder, Tomorrow Tech Academy

MY BACKGROUND

Casey Juliano is an award-winning educator with more than 27 years of experience teaching students across grades K–8. Throughout her career, she has taught every elementary and middle school grade level and is passionate about helping students build confidence through hands-on learning, creativity, and problem solving.

LEADERSHIP & IMPACT

In addition to her classroom teaching, Casey has served as a teacher trainer and mentor for educators, helping support innovative teaching practices. She has also worked as an adjunct instructor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, teaching Children's Literature and helping develop coursework supporting early childhood literacy instruction. Casey has contributed to the design and instruction of professional development courses focused on literacy and innovative learning strategies.

RECOGNITION & AWARDS

Casey’s dedication to education and innovation has been recognized with numerous honors, including being named 2026 Secondary Teacher of the Year for Area 3 in the Clark County School District and Nevada’s first K–12 Digital Day of Learning Teacher of the Year by the Nevada Department of Education.

In recent years, Casey has combined her passion for education with engineering and technology through robotics. As a robotics coach, her students achieved international recognition when her team earned the 2025 VEX IQ World Championship Excellence Award and 2026 CREATE US Open Championship Excellence Winnter making these two teams Nevada’s first teams to win each honor. In 2025, Casey was also inducted into the VEX STEM Hall of Fame and named an Inspiration All-Star, recognizing her impact on STEM education.

MY MISSION

As the founder of Tomorrow Tech Academy, Casey’s mission is to provide students with meaningful, hands-on opportunities to explore robotics, engineering, and innovation through camps, enrichment programs, and competitive robotics experiences. Her long-term vision is to expand access to high-quality STEM learning opportunities and help inspire the next generation of innovators.
